I’ve spent 5 years as a Senior Design Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, creating seamless customer experiences for big brands. My background spans video editing, graphic design, web development, and UX/UI design — skills that now let me market homes in ways that truly stand out.
Having lived in Germany, Turkey, Serbia, Spain, and Canada, I’ve developed a unique ability to adapt and connect with people from all walks of life. These experiences taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of listening — qualities I now bring to every client relationship.

Should I get pre-approved before looking at homes?
Absolutely! It helps you know your budget, strengthens your offer, speeds up the buying process and avoids disappointments down the line.
Do I need a home inspection?
Yes! Unless you’re 100% confident in the property as-is. A home inspection can protect you from costly surprises, and we’ll discuss the best timing to make sure it’s done without delaying purchase conditions.
What costs should I expect besides the purchase price?

Do I need to be present for showings?
Usually, it’s better if you’re not there. Buyers feel more comfortable exploring the home freely, and I’ll be there to highlight its best features.
