Who I am

This website belongs to Ada Celik, a REALTOR® with Century 21 Masters, an independently owned and operated brokerage in Calgary, Alberta. I handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL), and the rules of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

What I collect

• Details you send me: your name, email, phone number and anything you add in a form, such as your budget, home type, preferred areas, must-haves, moving timeline, property address or community.
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to hear from me, and when.
• Basic website data: if analytics are turned on, anonymous information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. This is never used to identify you personally.

Why I collect it

Only to do what you asked: reply to your inquiry, book a consultation, send home options or a home valuation, send the monthly market update you subscribed to, and improve this website. I don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Emails and your consent

I only send emails or texts if you've ticked the consent box on a form or asked me to contact you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing me. I'll stop within 10 business days.

Who I share it with

• My brokerage, Century 21 Masters, which keeps transaction records as the law requires.
• Service providers that help run this website, its forms and email: Web3Forms delivers form messages to my inbox, and Cloudflare provides website analytics. They may store data outside Canada, and they can only use it to provide their service.
• Professionals you ask me to connect you with, such as a mortgage broker, lawyer or inspector, and only with your permission.
• When the law requires it, for example identity verification under Canada's anti-money-laundering rules (FINTRAC) once we work on a transaction together.

How long I keep it

Inquiries and subscriber details are kept while we're in touch and deleted when they're no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. Records connected to a real estate transaction are kept for as long as RECA and federal rules require.

Keeping it safe

This site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your information is limited to me and the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive documents, such as ID or banking details, through website forms. I'll give you a secure way to share them when it's needed.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you. If a cookie is ever added, I'll update this policy first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. If you're not satisfied with my answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
